A plant sale fundraiser for the SFM Skatepark Project as well as a casual arts and crafts session with a bunch of different types of options hosted in outside of the Student Center MPR's.
Blake Lavia and Tzintzun Aguilar-Izzo from Talking Rivers will give an interactive workshop about local lawmaking in New York State, and the how Potsdam can adopt a local law to protect the rights of Raquette River. At a time with environmental regulations are being stripped away at the federal level, there is a need for local municipalities to step up and protect the rivers and the communities they sustain.
SASE will be selling purple-themed ube cookies (an Asian inspired flavor). This is also to recognize and promote the Relay for Life event that Clarkson's Colleges Against Cancer organization is hosting (hence the purple theme). Stop by the Student Center on Tuesday, April 1st (Happy April Fools Day!) at 11:00 am and enjoy a sweet treat while supplies last!
