Attendees will gather at the round tables in the Peterson Board room, enjoying warm drinks while engaging with AKPsi brothers. Society of professional women is collaborating with the photo club is hosting an event for students to have their professional photos taken to have their LinkedIn profiles updated.

For all skill level! Have fun and work up a sweat learning practical methods to defend yourself. We will be working on basic form and general martial arts, as well as self defense techniques for a variety of situations. This includes learning how to fall, do breakaway techniques, strike, throw, and do takedowns. Sparring too for more experienced and willing people with protective gear. Any art is welcome! 

Hello! Please attend one or two of the Monday Jiu Jitsu classes or have previously attended before coming to this class. This class is for training with a different rolling partners, and is not initially designated for teaching skills but practicing skills learned in the Monday class. Please be considerate of each other and follow rules.
