The American Cancer Society will be teaming up with the women's hockey team to raise money at one of their hockey games. This collaboration is known as Hockey Fights Cancer and occurs during a home game during the month of November. The American Cancer Society sells t-shirts, raffle baskets and the hockey team provides signed memorabilia to also raffle off.

Each coaching method emphasizes building a culture of care, setting clear expectations, nurturing growth, and encouraging employees to reach new heights.
The American Cancer Society will be tabling in the Student Center for the upcoming Hockey Fights Cancer game on November 9th. This is to spread awareness of the game. There will also be an opportunity to sign up cancer survivors to be recognized in a puck drop ceremony during both the Women's and Men's games. Also, we will be collecting RSVPs to our Tie Dye with the Hockey Team event on November 7th.

The American Cancer Society on Campus will be hosting a tie dye event with the Men's and Women's Hockey teams for Hockey Fights Cancer. Students and community will have the opportunity to purchase a Hockey Fights Cancer shirt for $10 and tie dye it with the hockey teams. There is also an option to bring your own shirt and tie dye it for $5 with the teams.
