Confirm Your Spot
A $500 deposit, which can be done in payments, is required to secure your spot. Our deposit deadline for regular decision admissions is May 1st. The deposit is credited toward the first semester's tuition.
We understand that this is an important decision. If you need additional time, please contact your admissions counselor. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Events
Still deciding whether Clarkson is a best fit for you? There are plenty of events that you can attend as an Accepted Student even without a deposit. If you're in or around New York State, there are plenty of Clarkson University Accepted Celebrations where you can meet faculty, staff, and alumni and get some dessert!
Accepted Students Day is a day for you and your family to celebrate your acceptance into Clarkson. You can take a tour on that day as well. You can find more information here:
Accepted Students Network
Looking to connect with peers who have also been accepted into Clarkson? We offer an easy way to find and connect with your peers through the Accepted Students Network, where you can find people who share your interests. Who knows? You may find your future roommate or friends on the network! And you have the option to share some facts about yourself, including:
- Name
- Hometown
- A photo of yourself
- Interests/Hobbies
- Contact Information
- Majors your interested in

Golden Knight Gateway
Explore Clarkson's campus from anywhere. Here at the Gateway you can request information, apply, and get in contact with an Admission Counselor and Student Ambassador. Parents Portal
We recognize that families are an important part of the college decision process. The Parent Portal offers resources and updates specifically for the families of accepted students. Once granted access by their student, parents and family members can view helpful materials, monitor checklist items and deadlines, review financial aid progress, and learn about upcoming events and programs.
