The bodybuilding class is an oppurunity to dive deeper into the fundamentals of nutrition, training splits, and the aspects to recovery. At the bodybuilding class, there will be two E-board members who are experienced with hypertrophy. We hope to see you there!!

Professor Bazzocchi of the MAE department will be giving a talk about his research. This will include orbital debris, and how to handle it via robotics. After the talk, he will be giving a tour of his lab and answering any questions!

AKPsi will be selling Candy Grams through an online link! Candy Grams will be delivered to customers on Halloween Day. All candy will be store-bought halloween candy and proper health procedures will be followed.

A Dia de los Muertos information session and build your own ofrendas. Join SHPE, HOLA, and Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. to learn about how to assemble an Ofrenda and the historical significance behind them. Materials will be provided. 

Ghostly chills & thrills await you at Clarkson Hall, located at 59 Main St. Potsdam, NY. Check our our annual haunted house that Those bold enough to enter must be 13 years or older. Brave individuals 12 and under are permitted to enter at their own risk accompanied by an adult. Admission is $15 per person. Enter if you dare, leave if you can make it out alive!

The Beginner Lifting Class/ Open Q&A is an oppurtunity to learn the basics and fundamentals needed to make progress in the gym. This info session is a great oppurtunity to recieve advice from members of the Barbell Club and to ask questions to experienced lifters. We hope to see you there!!

This is an event to raise funds and awareness for 46Climbs, a fundraising arm for the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention. I plan on selling outdoorsy related stickers, mental health awareness stickers, and some extra Halloween stickers. I will be tabling in the student center. The dates will be on Wednesday the 25h and Friday the 27th
