Biography
A McGill/Smith Teacher of the Year award-winning professor and first-generation college student who trains professors on how to teach in the classroom and online. I offer professional development pedagogy workshops designed to enhance the teaching skills of hundreds of professors in the United States and internationally. I coach select faculty as well. In 2020 alone, I trained some 500 professors.
I earn outstanding teaching evaluations, with a 4.9 out of 5.0 teaching rating on average. I worked for five years as an auditor/CPA for the largest accounting firm in the world—Deloitte.

Research Interests
I teach professors how to teach. By invitation of the American Accounting Association, the Canadian Academic Accounting Association, the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and the Chartered Accountants Education Fund (Canada) I offer professional development pedagogy workshops that are designed to enhance the teaching skills of hundreds of accounting professors in the US and Canada. I coach select faculty as well. I led workshops in Toronto, New York City, Boston, Chicago, Edmonton, and St. John's Newfoundland.
