Message From the Dean

Creating partnerships — within the Clarkson community and with peers in industry and academia — is key to strengthening and diversifying paths to opportunity. The Reh School recently partnered with other institutions to enhance the value of a Clarkson degree and open doors for Golden Knight graduates. And Reh faculty and staff continue to gain recognition in the wider community, thanks to their ingenuity and scholarship. We are highlighting some of their accomplishments below.

— Diego Nocetti, Dean of the Reh School of Business / Professor of Economics & Financial Studies

Students from Notre Dame of Maryland University's School of Pharmacy can earn a master’s at Clarkson while they work on their Doctor of Pharmacy.

Making an Impact

Reh professors make an impact — not only at Clarkson, but around the world. Take Christian Felzensztein, for example. His study, “The Emergence of Family Entrepreneurship in the Transition Economy of Cuba,” recently received an award from the rector of the University of Monterrey and the Center for Family Business in Mexico.

Students who come to Clarkson know that entrepreneurship is a way of life, and they’re ready to live it. This spring, student teams covered themselves in glory by taking home top prizes in the 2023 North Country Regional Business Plan Competition. The teams pitched business ideas for cash prizes, and one first-year student at Clarkson even won the grand prize.
