Test Preparation Information

Graduate Record Exam (GRE)

The GRE is taken by prospective graduate students who plan to apply for admission in a graduate level program of study. GRE test scores are used by colleges and universities throughout the country as an indicator of general verbal, mathematical, and analytical writing ability. The GRE score is viewed by admissions officers as a significant predictor of performance in graduate programs.

The eight-week GRE Prep Course is offered during the summer. The majority of class time is devoted to examining each area of the GRE in depth, exploring the rationale behind correct answers, and understanding the underlying principles that apply to related questions. Our instructors are professional college level math and English teachers who are dedicated to helping you achieve the best score possible. All courses begin with a diagnostic test, which will help the instructor evaluate each student's strengths and weaknesses. Class size is limited to ensure individual needs can be addressed.
