Students talking to each other during the career fair

Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive campus that encourages open and respectful dialogue and supports educational and personal success for all of its students. We offer several services and resources to help students navigate the increasingly complex dimensions of diversity and inclusion.

The Campus Committee on Climate and Engagement is established under the authority of the President of the University. This committee and any subcommittees address, review, and make recommendations for diversity at an institutional level. Day-to-day concerns should be directed to the appropriate office listed on the nondiscrimination website. The members are a mix of students, staff and faculty.
