How to update my Student Account Information
Every student’s personal information is housed in PeopleSoft. Students may log into PeopleSoft at any time to view their own information. Students are asked to verify or correct this information during the check-in process at the beginning of each semester – however if a change occurs during the middle of the semester, there are a number of ways to have your information corrected:
- Email SAS: You may send an email to your SAS Rep or to firstname.lastname@example.org with corrections to your address, phone number, ethnicity, or other personal information*. You must use your official Clarkson email address to submit any changes to your personal information electronically. Who’s my Rep?
- Stop by SAS: You may also stop by SAS to have your personal information updated. SAS Reps are available Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4:30pm (4pm during the summer) in the Graham Hall Service Center.
*A note about changing your name: In the event that you must request a name change, proper identification will be required. This could be in the form of a social security card, birth certificate, passport, or marriage license. The original document or a certified copy should be brought to SAS for verification purposes.
