Product Development and Marketing Curriculum

All students minoring in product development and marketing must complete 18 credit hours (six courses), maintain a 2.0 average in minor courses and satisfy the requirements indicated below.

MK/PY321 Consumer Behavior (prereq MK320)
MK332 Marketing Research (prereq MK320 AND MA/STAT282 or MA/STAT383)
MK436 Creativity, Innovation, New Product Development (prereq MK320)

MK419 New Product Development and Marketing Portfolio (0 credit, pass/fail)
Students must complete a 0-credit new product development and marketing portfolio to maintain a repository of work from the minor classes related to work during their time at Clarkson. The portfolio will include material from four design projects completed by the students during their Clarkson experience.
