For students, the Clarkson Career Fair is a chance to secure a future job or internship. For employers, it’s a chance to meet some of the best and brightest young people ready to enter the work force. And this year’s fall fair didn’t disappoint.

Students were able to share their resumes and career dreams with representatives of more than 150 companies who came to Clarkson’s Potsdam campus for the September 10 – 11 event. More than 40 percent of our students accepting full time employment were first introduced to their employer at a Career Fair. The university’s Career Center holds the fairs twice a year, in spring and fall.

Clarkson is regularly cited as one of the nation’s leading research institutions when it comes to career placement, earning potential, and ROI. The statistics for the Class of 2018 bear out those accolades. Check them out, below, as well as scenes from the fair by University Photographer Steve Jacobs.
