Clarkson University's Entrepreneurial Leadership Executive Education Program will give you the opportunity to reflect critically on how you lead and what entrepreneurial leadership means to you. It will expose you to knowledge, insights, frameworks, and tools to help you pivot your entrepreneurial spirit and leadership in order to bring greater value to yourself, your teams, and your organization.

This program explores several major entrepreneurial leadership themes, including influence by example, team motivation and adaptability, change and complexity of the new post-pandemic business environment. It will encourage you to evaluate critically the challenges and opportunities encountered in the new entrepreneurial leadership today.

Dates & Format

The Entrepreneurial Leadership Executive Education Program takes place over the course of eight, one-hour virtual sessions from 12-1 pm EST, for a total of eight hours.

2022 Program Dates: September 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, and 29.

The format was created with working professionals in mind, featuring:

  • live online meetings
     
  • team and hands-on activities in a virtual environment including simulations/negotiation exercises
     
  • networking opportunities with industry professionals and seminar faculty
Cost to Attend

2022 Cost to Attend: $999 

  • Clarkson University alumni receive a 10% discount
  • Three or more employees from one corporation or business receive a 10% discount
  • Corporate sponsors (five or more employees attend) receive a 20% discount

The Entrepreneurial Leadership Executive Education Program is 100% online over the course of four weeks.

Participants can follow up their learning and practice process through Clarkson's Advanced Certificate in Innovation and New Venture Management or one of our three MBA programs.

The program seeks to equip the next generation of corporate leaders with the opportunity to reflect critically on how they lead and what entrepreneurial leadership means to them. Microcredential for Entrepreneurial Leadership program

The program is split into four modules. Modules are delivered entirely online by Clarkson University's world-class faculty who are experts in their field, together with key international guests including from the leading Tec de Monterrey in Mexico and executives from SAP in London, UK.
Upon completion, participants will be issued a verified credential that can be added to their CV and professional profiles.

Module 1: Entrepreneurial leadership in new ventures
In this module, students reflect on the role of new entrepreneurial leadership in their organizations.

Module 2: Leading and developing organizations
Students explore the significance of influence within entrepreneurial leadership and the role of the leader in driving change in a new world environment.

Module 3: Digital entrepreneurship & new technologies
In this module, student explore the role of digital entrepreneurship and new technologies for rapid internationalization & growth in diverse international environments. 

Module 4: Entrepreneurial growth and diversification
Finally, students reflect on their purpose as an entrepreneurial leader for the growth, diversification and internationalization of their new venture.
