Teacher Recommendation
In addition to the recommendation on the secondary school report, you should arrange to have at least two (2) other recommendations sent from science or math teachers, or others who could speak to your academic and personal readiness for a program such as this. Recommendation forms for their use are included. You should complete the top portion of the two-page form before giving it to the individual. It is often appropriate to provide a stamped envelope as well. Recommendations should be sent directly to the Director of Admission and are considered confidential. Parents and guardians are encouraged to write a letter of support, as well. These letters are optional but offer a uniquely personal perspective of the applicant. These forms may be filled out by your recommender online, or can be printed and sent to The Clarkson School.
