Ross-Brooks Market (Residential Dining Hall)
 All-you-care-to-eat dining hall, which offers a variety of cutting-edge American entrees, ethnically inspired foods, vegetarian selections, and much more. At the produce market select from a wide array of fresh-cut vegetables, dressings and toppings to create your own salad or pass the ingredients to our chef who will saute your vegetables with your favorite sauce and add rice or noodles to create a delicious, healthy entree.

The Empire Diner
A nostalgic diner which is an all-you-care-to-eat facility for lunch and dinner (during specified hours) to accompany our Ross-Brooks Market and a retail dining facility for a late-night option. The Adirondack Grill will offer a variety of grilled chicken and turkey sandwiches, fresh burgers, and specialty fries. In addition, there is a separate grill that is used to prepare vegetarian options. The Clarkson Pizzeria offers a variety of delicious pizzas. Pastrami's (a New York style deli) will offer a variety of deli sandwiches and The World's Fare offers a variety of wraps, fresh tossed salads, and ethnically inspired foods and traditional favorites such as quesadillas, tacos and Asian stir fry.

Bene Pizza & Pasta
Bene Pizza & Pasta offers our own "Old World Style" and flat bread pizzas cooked in a brick oven, calzones and exhibition-style cooking for great traditional and contemporary pasta dishes that go beyond Italian.

Main Street Cafe
 The Main Street Cafe food court offers a number of different options. The "Grille Works" cooks up sizzling fresh burgers and chicken sandwiches while Subway® Sandwiches will make you a world famous sub with the freshest ingredients. In addition, "Home Zone" offers home-style foods like carved meats, mashed potatoes, gravy and vegetables. For those looking for a lighter meal, Main Street offers homemade soups and specialty salads, all available to go for those on the run.
