Undergraduate Clarkson Student

Clarkson students who have not entered the Pre-Physical Therapy Concentration can apply to the Department for such a designation by contacting the Department directly.  An e-mail message to the Department indicating this desire will suffice.  The Department will provide two reference forms that must be completed by Clarkson professors and submitted directly to the Department.  Additionally, an essay must be submitted directly to the Department.  The question to be answered in the essay, and the essay form, will be supplied with the reference forms.
