I first discovered Clarkson…while performing a standard college search. I immediately fell in love with the campus. My feeling was reaffirmed when I visited the campus a couple months later for an Open House.
As a student, I was involved in…Sigma Chi fraternity and CUSA as a senator for two years and President during my senior year. Both CUSA and Sigma Chi were critical to my college experience and helped to shape it into what it is today.
After graduation…I will continue on to graduate school at Rochester Institute of Technology, where I will be entering their Sustainable Systems Master of Science program.
In the future I’m looking forward to…reconnecting with all the friends I have made during my time here, because ultimately college is a time in your life when you not only need to take the time to learn, but take the time to make friends.
My advice for future Clarkson students…is that you get out of things what you put into them. I put a lot of time into Clarkson through academics and extracurricular activities and I don’t believe a second of my time was wasted.. It applies to all facets of life!
My favorite memories are…too many to count – playing Frisbee late at night on the old turf field, Sigma Chi's Derby Days and Pig Roast, the Leonid meteor shower, random visits from friends, and so many more. I can't wait to come back as an alumnus and relive the experience.
