Supplemental Funding Opportunity for Qualifying Individuals (Parents, Caregivers, or People with Disabilities):
In an effort to promote the use of assistive technology and to increase access to information for AT consumers, the
2017 Adirondack Assistive Technology Expo is offering supplemental funding to ten individuals to support
attendance at this year's conference. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, and will not be
accepted after October 20.
This funding is made possible by a generous grant from the John B. Snow Foundation.

Lunch and snacks will be provided at the conference.

Participants are eligible for up to 1.0 continuing education credits through the Clarkson University OT and PT Departments,
approved providers of CEUs for the NY Physical Therapy Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.

All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed for cancellations received prior to October 1, 2017. No refunds will apply to cancellations made on or after October 1.

Last year, we had approximately 160 participants from throughout New York and Vermont. The target audience includes special educators, therapists, administrators, individuals with disabilities, family members, caregivers, and others interested in expanding their knowledge and understanding of AT for individuals of all ages.
