Service Level Guidelines

The purpose of this Service Level Guidelines (SLG) is to outline the relationship and responsibilities between the Office of Information Technology and Clarkson Faculty and Staff. It specifies the services and commitments of the Office of Information Technology as well as the expectations of Clarkson Faculty and Staff members. This SLG is a standardization tool which helps reduce unrealistic expectations and allows OIT the ability to provide you with efficient, high quality information technology support.
