For personal computer issues, visit our Service Department at the HelpDesk. Our certified technician services warrenty items on Lenovo, as well as Dell. Out-of-warranty machines and machines made by other manufacturers can be serviced at the following rates:

Clarkson Student/Employee:

  • Bench Fee (to take a look and offer diagnosis): $20.00
  • Hourly Rate (to correct a problem): $40.00 plus parts
Non-Clarkson Rates:
  • Bench Fee (to take a look and offer diagnosis): $25.00
  • Hourly Rate (to correct a problem): $50.00 plus parts
