- If you are unable to find the a solution to your problem via the documentation repository above, you will probably want to open a support request. You can open a support request ticket by contacting the Clarkson University Service Center (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling x6700). If the staff at the Service Center are unable to resolve your support request, they will hand off the support request ticket to a member of the OIT staff.
