The Office of Information Technology has several avenues available to users requiring assistance with their Information Technology needs.

  • "Self Help" is available by searching the OIT documentation repository:
  • If you are unable to find the a solution to your problem via the documentation repository above, you will probably want to open a support request.  You can open a support request ticket by contacting the Clarkson University Service Center (via email to servicecenter@clarkson.edu or by calling x6700).  If the staff at the Service Center are unable to resolve your support request, they will hand off the support request ticket to a member of the OIT staff.
