How to Connect to the Wireless Internet:
Open the Network control panel for your operating system and set the following options for your TCP/IP connection. With most Windows systems, you can click on TCP/IP and click Properties to access TCP/IP options. Refer to the Windows Help program if you need help finding this option.

Windows 2000:
  1. On the Start menu, select Control Panel.
  2. Select Network Connections, then Wireless Network Connection.
Windows XP:
  1. On the Start menu, select Control Panel, then Wireless Network Connection.
Windows 98/ME:
  1. On the Start menu, select Control Panel.
  2. Select Network, then the Configuration tab.
Select the option that uses DHCP and obtains IP and DNS server addresses automatically, as shown below.
  • Windows XP/2000:
    1. Select Obtain IP Address Automatically.
    2. Select Obtain DNS Server Address Automatically.
  • Windows 98:
    1. Select Obtain IP Address Automatically.
    2. Select Use DHCP for WINS Resolution.
  • Windows ME:
    1. Select Server-assigned IP Address.
    2. Select Server-assigned name server addresses.
When you are finished changing your network settings, click OK. If prompted, restart your computer.
