PeopleSoft
Two versions of PeopleSoft have been implemented to manage student and financial data. PeopleSoft 7.5 Financials software allows faculty and staff to create purchase requisitions and monitor budgets (nVision). PeopleSoft 7.5 must be installed on your computer and an account must be approved and created for you. PeopleSoft 8.9 is a web-based application used to manage student records and grades. Students are automatically set up in the system upon acceptance. A mandatory FERPA quiz must be completed before a PeopleSoft 8.9 account is created for faculty and staff.
