Clarkson University Children Donate Toys to Potsdam Holiday Fund
A holiday party for children of Clarkson University employees was hosted Saturday by the Clarkson Club and Clarkson President's Office.
Each of the children attending brought a gift for a less fortunate boy or girl to be donated to Potsdam Holiday Fund and, as a thank-you, received a handmade ornament by a local artist.
The children, who also enjoyed cookie decorating, crafts, games and a visit from Santa, provided about 60 toys to the Potsdam Holiday Fund.
Monetary donations to the Potsdam Holiday Fund are still welcome and appreciated, and may be sent to PO Box 827, Potsdam, NY 13676. More information about the program is available at www.potsdamholidayfund.org.
