Harrington Elected To Clarkson University Board Of Trustees

Harrington has had extensive experience in the planning, design, and implementation of customer service, billing, provisioning/logistics, cost management, and decision support capabilities and Harringtonsystems. In addition, his engagement experience has included information and technology planning, process re-engineering, inventory/working capital reduction and IT organization transformation.

Currently Harrington's focus is assisting AT&T and other major communications companies in their repositioning and global expansion strategies. Current efforts center on: understanding market and customer demands, rapid entry into new markets and business, rationalization of existing business operations, improving the quality and cost effectiveness of the information/technology infrastructure and establishing programs to navigate change.

Harrington has also worked with the following companies in a management consulting role: ADP, BASF, Bell Canada, Colgate Palmolive, GTE, ITT, Lucent, NCR, Phillip Morris, Sony, Toshiba, and Witco. He holds dual bachelor of science degrees in mathematics and industrial distribution from Clarkson University.

Harrington is on the Information Systems Subcommittee of Atlantic Health Systems of New Jersey. He is a member of Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, New Jersey, and the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, New Jersey. His wife, Janet, has an undergraduate degree from Fordham University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from SUNY Albany.
