Alcoa's Cooper Honored By Clarkson University

Potsdam, N.Y. – Michael Cooper, director of Public Affairs at Alcoa in Massena, N.Y., was recently honored by Clarkson University at Alcoa's corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Cooper was the recipient of the President's Award for Outstanding Corporate Service, and is only the second to receive the award from Clarkson's president. The award recognizes representatives of industry who have consistently and actively provided outstanding service, advice, and leadership to the University's corporate relations initiatives. The recipients are expected to have provided a significant and influential impact on the University's leadership position within their corporation.
During the awards ceremony, Alcoa Foundation President F. Worth Hobbs also presented Brown with a $10,000 donation to the University, to honor Michael Cooper as recipient of the award.
This generous donation by the Alcoa Foundation is a testimony to Mike's professionalism and his many contributions to our community.
