Health & Wellness programs are offered to provide educational and motivational activities to promote safety, health and wellness. Employees are rewarded monetary points for their participation that can be used toward health insurance premium costs or fitness classes.

Ergonomics is the scientific study people’s efficiency in their work environment. The goal of ergonomics is to reduce stress and eliminate injuries and disorders associated with the overuse of muscles, bad posture and repetitive tasks. This is accomplished by designing tasks, work spaces, controls, displays, tools, lighting and equipment to fit the employee´s physical capabilities and limitations (NIOSH).
Fire Safety & Prevention
In 2011, there were 3,005 deaths, 17,500 injuries and $11,659 million dollars in losses as a result of 1,389,500 fires (NFPA). Fire deaths and injuries are preventable. CPR & First Aid Training
Emergencies can happen anytime. Are you prepared? Sign up for one of our American Heart Association courses on CPR and first aid today! They can teach you skills that may save the life of a loved one, neighbor or coworker.
