Do you have a work request?

The Facilities & Services Department (FAS) uses TMA to manage work requests.  Click here if you already know how.
Entering your own on-line work request is simple, accurate and includes handy features:

  • Log on using your AD username and password and your contact information is automatically populated.

When logging into the system please enter "ad\" before your username!!!!

  • Don’t know the right words to explain the problem?  Simply take a picture with your phone, send it to your email, and attach it to the Service Request.
  • Reply to system-generated email notifications to provide additional information.
