Call 911 and report a Suspicious Package.
THREAT BY TELEPHONE
- Do not hang up. Remain calm.
- Take the caller seriously. Assume the threat is real.
- If you have a digital phone, look for originating number.
- Ask questions using the checklist below as a guide. Try to write down as much information as possible.
- Do not use a cell phone, two-way radio, or any wireless communication device, as it may trigger the bomb
- Have a coworker call 911 on another line, or call yourself immediately after hanging up.
- Inform your supervisor if you need time away due to the stress caused by the threat.
