Student Organizations
E&M Society
Currently pursing membership in American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM)
- E&M Society is open to all E&M students.
- The society brings speakers, typically alumni, to campus to discuss careers open to E&M graduates.
- These meetings are excellent opportunities to gain insight into the type of career you may be interested in.
- Notices of upcoming meetings are posted around campus, listed in the Integrator.

Sigma Tau Iota
- Sigma Tau Iota is the E&M program honorary society.
- It is dedicated to serving and strengthening the growth and goals of the program.
- The society is open to junior and senior E&M students with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, have been in the program at least two full semesters, and who represent the top 10% of their class.
- Selection is determined by the Director of E&M.
- Induction ceremonies are held once per year, typically in November.
