Ph.D. , Louisiana Tech University (2003)
Postdoctoral Research Associate, University of Illinois, at Urbana-Champaign, (2005)
Teaching Interests
Courses taught:
EE341 – Microelectronic Circuits
EE345/ES557, Microelectronic Circuits Fabrication
Research Interests
Major research interests are the applications of nanotechnologies to the electrical engineering. Research effort aims at the electrical and biological devices fabricated by a combination of new micro/nanomanufacturing techniques, such as lithography, molecular self-assembly, nanomolding and transfer printing. Another effort is placed at the integration of various nanostructured materials such as polyelectrolyte, nanocrystal, carbon nanotube and enzyme in order to improve the functionality of the devices.
