Joining the Co-op Program

If you are thinking about going co-op, you are headed in the right direction. Going co-op will give you real-world experience that may be the key in helping you secure your first full-time professional position. Think seriously about going co-op, it's a great opportunity!

Get Involved or Learn More:

Step 1: Attend the Fall or Spring general Interest Meeting or stop by the Career Center to learn more about the program.

Step 2: Register with the Career Center by using eRecruiting. You will need to stop by the Career Center to open an account.

Step 3: Meet with a counselor at the Career Center to discuss your plans and review your academic schedule. Please do this before you meet with your advisor.

Step 4: Complete the required administrative paperwork.

Step 5: Meet with your academic advisor and complete the Academic Plan form. This meeting will help you decide when it is best to go co-op for you.

Step 6: Attend all meetings and workshops regarding the program. Students can refer to the Career Center web site or student newsletter for meeting dates and time.
