• Sophomore, junior or senior in good academic standing
• Enrolled in any of the three schools – Engineering, Business, Arts & Sciences or in any of the interdisciplinary programs (i.e. Engineering & Management)
• Demonstrated initiative and courage to take risks
• Strong interest in building team and leadership skills
• Serious about their careers
• Belief in doing things in the Clarkson tradition – working hard, being ethical and maintaining a positive attitude
