Thurs 19 June:
The textbook for MA339 will be the same as in most recent semesters:
Introduction to Linear Algebra (fifth edition) by Johnson, Riess, and
Arnold (Addison-Wesley, 2002), ISBN 0-201-65859-3.
There is also a "Student's Solutions Manual" available which gives (somewhat)
more detailed solutions for many of the odd-numbered problems (which have
answers in the back of the textbook already); you may possibly find this
helpful, but it's not required (and we can go over homework problems in class).
