The Career Center Staff has been working hard to rectify the technology issues with our KnightLink recruiting software. Effective December 1, 2007, we will be using StudentKnightLink as a solution to allow us to return to our former on-line recruiting system, eRecruiting. StudentKnightLink will be used by employers to post positions for the spring recruiting period, to advertise career fair information, and to create interview schedules.

Students who currently have active accounts in KnightLink have already been transferred over with the same username and password used during the fall semester. We ask that only students who are still seeking entry level positions, co-ops or internships access StudentKnightLink. If you have already accepted a position, your search is done! Alumni will continue to use KnightLink for their recruiting needs.

You can access StudentKnightLink by clicking on the link on the Career Center website or using www.clarkson.edu/studentknightlink after December 1, 2007. Alumni will still use the KnightLink link on the Career Center website or www.clarkson.edu/knightlink.

To bring information on StudentKnightLink up-to-date, your profile will need to be completed again and resumes and cover letters must be re-uploaded. This will be an opportunity to add current projects and pertinent information from this semester to your resume before the upload. Your resume will be uploaded immediately.

Effective January 1, 2008, the Career Center will again require that all students submit their resumes for approval prior to uploading into the StudentKnightLink system. This will be done by submitting a hard copy of your resume to the Career Center. We appreciate your cooperation and feel this is a step necessary to ensure that our students are presenting themselves in a professional and effective manner. Wellstone Fellowship for Social Justice and the Villers Fellowship for Health Care Justice
Applications are now being accepted for these two fellowships. Both are year-long, full-time, salaried positions at our office in Washington, DC. Each year, one candidate will be selected for each fellowship. Selected fellows will receive a compensatory package that includes an annual stipend of $35,000 and excellent health care benefits.
