The fall career fair is open to all levels of students in all disciplines. Over 120 employers will be seeking students to fill full-time, co-op and internship positions.
Are you ready for the Career Fair?
Here are some important steps to make the most of your time at the career fair:
- Check out “How to Cruise Your Next Career Fair” on page 19 of the Career Planning Guide. Also take a look at page 25 for "How to Prepare an Elevator Speech".
- Attend our Maximize the Career Fair Workshop- You will learn how to approach a recruiter, how to dress, etc. Sign up for workshops on Knightlink.
- Look at the list companies attending the fair and decide who you are most interested in approaching for job opportunities. Research those companies so that you appear informed and interested when you speak to recruiters.
- Update your resume (make an appointment in the Career Center to have it critiqued).
