Spring 2012 Career Fair

Clarkson holds Career Fairs every September and January, attracting upwards of 100 employers - businesses, industrial and governmental - visiting campus to talk with students about career opportunities. The 2012 Spring Semester Career Fair will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2012.

The Career Center at Clarkson University is pleased to invite your organization to the Clarkson 2012 Spring Semester Career Fair. This is an excellent time of year to recruit students for co-op, internship, and full-time employment. On behalf of our students, the Career Center extends a special thank you to all who were both new and returning guests in the Fall. Your support and satisfactiion are our two highest priorities, and as such, it is important to us that we exceed your expectations for service, candidate quality, and communication. This year therefore, in honor of our employer partnerships, particularly during these challenging economic times, we are "rolling back" our spring fair price! Please register early; last year's event met venue capacity. Our registration deadline is January 19th, but late registrations will be accepted beyond that date if needed. The following is our schedule of events for the day of the fair:

8:00 am - 10:30 am

Registration Fees:
Basic Registration - $350 until January 19th, 2012

Basic Government/Non-Profit Registration - $250
Basic Registration includes: Two attendees, 8’ space with table, refreshments and beverages in afternoon and evening, attendance for all representatives at the Thank You Reception, and a catered brunch with Clarkson deans, faculty and staff.

Extra Attendees - $50 each
Extra 8 foot space with table - $200

Registration Deadline is January 19th, 2012
Cancellation fee of $75 (until January 19th; no refunds after January 19th, 2012)

For Registered Employers:
Interviewing and information sessions will be available on a very limited basis due to space constraints and should be requested on the registration form.  Early registration will help ensure the desired participation level that you are seeking.  Contact the Career Center for more information.

Parking:
Parking will be available near Cheel Arena on the Campus Parking Map. Parking permits are not required the day of the Career Fair.


For Students: The Spring Semester Fair is open to any Clarkson student in any discipline. Employers will be seeking students to fill full-time, co-op and internship positions. Details and a list of employers are available on KnightLink.
