KnightLink:  KnightLink connects students, alumni and employers with information on full-time jobs, internships, co-op positions and mentoring. Employers can post positions and search a database of job-seeking students and alumni. Student KnightLink includes thousands of jobs and internships targeted toward college job seekers. Students have the ability to publish their resumes to a wide array of top employers and companies can post information about co-op, internship, and full-time job opportunities. 

Corporate Recruiting & Branding Services
The Career Center at Clarkson University is dedicated to helping you achieve your recruitment goals. Our staff takes a proactive role in managing your brand on campus. Below you will find a basic list of our recruiting services. To develop a specific recruiting agenda, please contact Jeffrey Taylor, Director of the Career Center.

Candidate Sourcing: Once your full-time, co-op or internship position is listed, the Career Center actively seeks candidates that match your position requirements through a variety of marketing channels.

On-Campus Recruiting: The best way to brand your organization is to send representatives to campus. From mid-October to mid-December, and again from mid-February to late March, employers from across the country visit Clarkson to interview students for initial face-to-face screening. Our office will organize and market your entire visit — including your information sessions.

Resume Collections: Companies may access students’ resumes directly from our office, or through our Web database using KnightLink. This referral service is available year-round.

Career Days & Fairs: Clarkson sponsors a Career Fair open to all current students each semester, regularly attracting a capacity crowd of 100 corporate, industrial and governmental partners.

Co-op: In the co-op, or cooperative education program, undergraduates have the chance to spend a semester plus summer working for a company, integrating their classroom studies with learning through a productive work experience. Students build and refine their technical and business skills as young professionals. Our students have a strong work ethic and are immersed in a strong, technologically rich curriculum. You can provide the day-to-day work experience for promising young professionals — and help fill your business needs.

Internships: Internships may be defined in many ways, occur throughout the year, and vary in length. Though most students complete them during the summer months, local internships can be completed during the academic year. Work assignments must be equivalent to professional projects and/or assignments.
