Clarkson Junior Program & NEW Child Care Service

Fun for the Whole Family

While you're having a great time with old friends and classmates, your children will be well cared for and have a lot of fun.

Clarkson Junior & Child Care Programs
Great fun for children with our NEW and improved Junior Program! While our alumni had a great time with old friends and classmates, their children had fun attending programs on and off campus under the supervision of certified counselors. All feedback indicates children have had a wonderful time!  Especially well received were workshops organized by the three schools as well as the weekend favorite, a magic show put on by our own Jim Peploski '85.

Clarkson Junior Program is designed to allow you to spend time with classmates and friends while offering exciting events for your child under the supervision of certified teachers and trained counselors. The program is designed for children ages 6-12. The fee for this program provides your child quality supervision, programming and meals. The Clarkson Junior Program runs on Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The program schedule includes a variety of activities:

  • activities planned by the university’s academic departments
  • organized games
  • arts & crafts
  • swimming
  • pizza party
  • barbecue
  • movies
  • And lots of Fun!

New in 2008 the Alumni Office is provided child care service for your children ages 0 to 5 years in the form of a day-care style center in Bertrand H. Snell Hall. A Newborn through 6th grade educator heads up this program equipped with arts/crafts entertainment, fun activities, snacks and sleepy-time accommodations. Children enrolled in this program need to have additional items provided by their parents such as diapers, wipes, food/formula (children under age one), portable cribs for naps and strollers for walks outside.  The child care center is open Friday and Saturday from Noon to 8 p.m.

Information on times and cost as well as a separate registration form are included in the general reunion mailing which will be mailed to you next March.  All costs for both programs are per child.
