Matthew E. Draper
Matt Draper is the Deputy Director of the Shipley Center for Innovation. As the leader of business development, he oversees the identification of emerging technologies, builds and maintains a support network for entrepreneurs, and works directly with startups to identify intellectual property, establish the business, develop the business plan, create branding, and identify potential funding opportunities. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clarkson University and his Masters of Business Admininstration from Clarksonm University in 2003. Matt has over 8 years of experience in industry, serving various roles of responsibility with the fortune 500 company W.W. Grainger. He is a lifelong resident of St. Lawrence County.
