Student Records

The Office of the Registrar, as part of Student Administrative Services (SAS), maintains the official academic records for undergraduate and graduate, current and former students. The office schedules classes and produces the final exam schedule. The Registrar's Office is committed to providing quality service, maintaining the integrity of the student’s academic record, and protecting students’ right to privacy.

Course Enrollment

The following information pertains to matriculated students only. If you are a new student, or taking courses as a non-matriculated student, please contact Student Administrative Services. Capital Region Campus: 518-631-9832, or Potsdam Campus: 315-268-6451.

Steps to Enroll

  1. Meet with your academic advisor to have your advisor hold released.

  2. Log into PeopleSoft and navigate to Enroll in order to add classes to your Shopping Cart, and finalize your enrollment. For a detailed overview of how to enroll in classes, click here.
