Downtown Snell Hall Lighting Upgrade

This project fits into the University’s goals to increase energy efficiency, reduce electrical usage campus wide, and further reduce carbon emissions. Replacing bulbs and ballasts while adding occupancy sensors will result in a wattage savings of 35 to 40% per fixture.

Old Main East Wing

The scope of this project includes renovating the East wing of Old Main for research use by faculty. Work includes boiler installation, electrical connectivity, and adding/retrofitting a high-bay door to satisfy research needs.

Clarkson Hall currently houses the University's Physical Therapy program and over the next two years with other renovations will also house the Physicians Assistant program as it starts up. The current construction has created a Cadaver lab to be used by the various medical programs.
